Right well,

from what I can gather when he put it all back together his mate (dave) put his foot flat to the floor and there was no pressure there at all!!

But Scott said that it doesnt matter if the ignition is on or not the problem would still be there sorry, I'm just passing on the message as he's in the garage??

Any more questions as to what it may be??
