Mine must be buggered as it only clicks initially when opening the throttle and not at WOT.

I removed it and used a flat headed screwdriver in the slot and still only one click.

This would explain my poor throttle response and lack of power above 4K revs hence the reason I been driving it around like a granny on the way to ASDA.
