Hi mate, i had dealing with these people before for my sister.

Things to note,

1 They are NOT bailiffs!!!

unless you have been (as in gone in to court) and they have issued a court order then they are not bailiffs, they will show paperwork showing very clever worded letters. like statements of means etc - all a load of shite

ring them up and ask them straight on the phone (ARE YOU A COURT BAILIFF) make sure you get them to answer that question dont try reword it just keep asking it, they will say summat like "No But.... blah blah blah" then in return say you have no rights to come to my home and take anything and if you do i will call the police as its theft and harrassment

They are not Bailiffs, they can not take anything off you stand your ground and tell them to swing for it they wont like it and will get arsey n shitty n prob say you owe the money you have to pay lol
