I recently aquired this

Im rebuilding the spare bottom end that came with it to replace the knocking bottom end currently in it. When its fitted ill be getting it set up on the rollers and im just wondering what sort of boost is advisable for a standard bottom end. Apparently its running 18psi at the minute at 197BHP. He was told he could run it at 23psi and get somewhere around 240BHP which sounds a tad on the limit!

Spec is chipped ECU, scorpian exhaust system, polished and ported head, piper BP285T2 cam and a pace double capacity intercooler.

im not a rive arse in a car and only use it about once a week so high boost shouldnt be a problem i dont think.

Im just wanting some oppinions please
