I have a full set of 1800cvh gear already machined and ready to go but unfortunatly, the trigger ring has been machined to 4 teeth as it was removed from a cossie managed car.
The brackets for the cps are pretty simple as long as they are solidy mounted, take the ones above, i made one up and had it copied at a local firm near me, all laser cut and nice! i only had 4 teeth trigger rings made as i was using them for cossie management conversions i had to do, but you can get the universal trigger discs from here..http://trigger-wheels.com/store/index1.html, and as for lining them up, you slacken the bolt, move the disc to the required position, then tighten the bolt! sorted, fully adjustable!!
