I personally like dump valves that also give off chatter when not boosting too hard and do a sort of chatter and dump as well. That's my own opinion.
Thats a d/v that isn't working properly because the spring inside it is too hard. Better off without, unless you're running mega boost on a T4 or something. Then a re-circ is the way forward.
