unfortunatly not, nitromors is the easiest way but can damage plastic. But i wouldnt fuck about with W&D to take it back to plastic, easiest way is with a sander and 80 or 120 to rip as much off as poss then go lighter to when u get near the plastic.

Only other thing that has worked in the past but isnt quick is soaking a rag in thinners and leave it on the paint and the vapour will get the paint to lift off, but can take a while!! Unfortunatly sanders are the quckiest way thou!¬!
