Take it your new to Ebay or have mega negatives? It was brought in to stop scammers, etc selling loads on dodgy accounts without sending. Sold tons of stuff over the years and tbh never had a problem apart from feeling that Ebay tie your hands now with the feedback system for sellers, but I've had money back due to scam sellers through Paypal. Swings and roundabouts to me.
No not new, have over 40 feedback 1 negative. As it was their first sale and being a member for over 6 months I was being precaustious.
