I recently got chip etc from stu and it says to run it around 23 psi.

The question is i have screwed the actuator up until it it maxs out and its still only holding about 18-20 psi, There is still more threads to go if i cut the end of the actuator a bit as i have seen people do before.

Should i have to do this or is there another problem somewhere?
