I wouldnt send him anything - I had a similar thing happen to me but the bloke was in this country, I think he was quite old and didnt understand it all - he left me negative feedback although I never recieved his cheque in the 1st place let alone bank it & he never answered any emails that I sent him. Some people just dont get it!
