i dont think england will ever be able to play the exciting attacking football that we'd all love to see being played, yeah its boring to watch but as long as we win thats all that matters.

i agree about having a natural left footer on the left but theres only stuart downing available so its a right footer every time for me. i think gerrard and rooney fill in for each other quite well and you got the left footed barry in midfield who can always cut in and help the left back if needed. i would maybe chuck lampard on the left wing though if anything as i think gerrard is more explosive through the middle but thats only my opinion.

its optimistic for the future tahts for sure. but im a total pessimist so it has to be one game at a time
