Hi everyone, just joined after lurking for ages! Love this forum & site!
Heres my problem...
I have a mk1 orion 1.6i and it keeps losing water after almost every run. I've just put a new radiator, thermostat, 1 new top hose and it still does it.
The water seems to come out of the overflow pipe only when the fans on and after its turned off after being hot and it seems to drip out for at least a minute after the engines dead! Could this be a dodgy header or blockage in engine or maybe in need of a new temp sender? I don't think it could be the head gasket as the engines been reconditioned some 15-20ish k ago.
One day when i have the funds I hope to get it resprayed in diamond white, with body kit and rst lump in.....after all the rust is sorted!
