Sorry, you are technically wrong

(if this RST S1/S2 car is running original KE jetronic system)

The tps on this car is only 2 micro switches. (you can hear them click)
So the fuel ecu, knows when idle or full load is being demanded.
It is NOT a variable resistor type as per cossie ... etc...
