Default Legal advice needed or suggestions

Right, part of my PC case is damged anyway, but the problem is this...

I have 2 new memory sticks 2x256 SDRAM and they are PC133, my std one is a 127 and PC100

PC133 I been told by LOADS of people that it will work regardless of being 133 or not, my machine will NOT accept these sticks (Packard Bell website says it WILL)

Right, rang my warranty phone number for my PC to ask them to replace my broken case (which they did fine last year) and now they say it isn't covered and will not replace it!

I pay good money for a warranty and ACCIDENTAL cover and this is what I get told - FFS!!

Right, they also say that they cannot do anything regards to my machine not accepting these memory sticks

I think we've discovered that the damn motherboard is either completely fudged or not what it should have been when purchased!!

What the hell can I do, I have a faulty machine and I want my case replaced under WARRANTY!!

Help, please - They are gonna get one hell of an angry letter in the damn post too!!!!
