Are you using rwd or a 4x4 reservoir & pump. The 4x4 moves the reserviour to the left hand side of the pump (looking from front) it frees up loads of space. If this still dont give enough clearance (my gt42 for instance) the connectors on the abs can be cut back & the wires soldered direct to the pins on the pump it will give a further 1.5" clearance. With heatshrink sleeving it can be made to look good etc.
