Yes thats the idle mixture screw (IIRC 3mm Allen key), clockwise to enrichen, anticlockwise to lean out.

Yeah but it does take alot of movement to adjust it either way an 8th of a turn could see you with a melted engine its best left to the profesionals so they can check whilst they adjust it
It has no effect on anything other than idle mixture so no worries of melting the engine.
