First thing to do I would say is check the basics , chech that the injector looms is on correctly on those 2 cylinders , check that the connectors are not opened up in the plugs , also just wip plugs out and check if they have a gap or are wet after attempting to run it , if they are wet then fuel is getting there , then you might be looking at maybe a sticky valve on each cylinder ...... trouble with these long distant diagnoses is when you are looking at it you check things automatically and try and make sense of what you see / hear / smell , just my 2 pence worth
