could be the timing. dizzy and points will probably also be well corroded after being stood for a long time. as said a service would probably do it the world of good.

i'd do the oil and filter, plugs, dizzy cap and rotor arm, coolant ; and make sure you run a tank of fresh petrol through it before you give it any proper right foot.
