Default Machining engine components

I'm gonna start building a 2.0 N/A zetec soon which i hope to get to around 200 BHP which will be goin in my 5b escort and have a few questions.
Gonna start stripping it soon and am gonna concentrate on the block first but i want to know.

1) how much power would a untouched std crank be ok for?

2) it'll have new shells throughout but would it be worth having the crank ground down with bigger bearings?

3) what are the stages of grinding a crank starting from a std one..my boss has been talking about thous of a inch and such but i dont understand these terms to well.. how much should a crank be ground and then what size bearings should it have

4) also what about boring out the cylinders. i've heard of boring out to .5 from std.. what are the stages of this?

5) and Can i use forged accralite pistons with steel rods on a std crank?

thaks in advance... this is my first engine build and just gatherin info befor i start.
