I would recomend only painting the front and sides of the module leaving the space under the module itself bare metal too !
Thats a good idea Si. Didnt realy think of masking the area that the back of the module actually touches.
I reckon thats my best bet and just give the front face a light dusting. As thought it needed to make a contact as i thought that the module earthed out through its chassis.
