Hi all,

Got a standard setup apart from a 1mm spacer plate on the head and I am looking into getting a chipped ECU and uprated Turbo for my RS. All I know about the Turbo at the minute is it is the housing off a Sierra Cosworth.

What boost can I run without blowing my car up once I have fitted these to it?
