major citys are being put on now in the uk, you can actually wander about at STREET level with 360 degree view (click and hold and move mouse around) of the place.

below is a road in york looking at the minister. you can zoom in/out and navigate around by clicking the white arrows. on the road which ever way you want to go..

if you zoom out on the normal google map so the uk is in view then there is a icon of a man on the left above the +/- slider drag him into the map and anywhere that the roads light up blue you can put him and do street level..
