Never ever play with a bleed valve unless you like building engines.

I would get this car checked and setup asap. You will need to adjust the fuelling to suit the amount of boost you run.

You may also have a standard chip which will limit the amount of boost you run.
I would take receipts with a pinch of salt until proven as it does not mean the car still has the components stated
nobody in their right mind would buy components such as a GRS intercooler and chip and more which permits the car to handle greater boost and run it at 8-9 psi- why bother spending the money the standard engine pushes this kind of boost without issue - I would be a little suspicious of the car and get it checked over myself, see what it really has
