Guess I'm lucky really in the fact that its the first time I have had it - I blame it on tack welding and turning my head to the right so my left eye gets the flash

The pain has subsided substantially overnight and its just mild irritation now with no problem when in bright light or looking at the telly etc etc - Was a bit worried (read shit my self) when I couldn't open my eye this morning as it was sealed shut with eye-goo
