Anyone know any quick treatment for Arc-Eye?

Did a spot of welding yesterday morning and went to work with no problem at 12. About 4ish last night my left eye started to feel irritated and sore. At about 6ish it was getting a bit unbearable and felt like someone was rubbing grit in it

Got home from work at about 9ish and spent 30 mins swilling my eye with luke warm water - this soothed it greatly Then I went to bed - keeping my mincers shut proved to be even more soothing and pain free

Woke up this morning with loads of eye goo in my left eye and it feels a little bit irritated still, no bloodshot or anything untowards and my vision is perfect still.

So, whats a good remedy for this bar keeping the eye closed - eye drops?


And before anyone says it, I was wearing a mask bla bla bla, but managed to get an eye full of welding light when tacking a couple of times


Interestingly tho, nothing wrong with my right eye - bizzare
