well i'm looking into 2wd my escos as ive just done the gearbox but i want to use the standard diff for a while untill i get some cash again, but i'm thinking the shafts are quite thin and the planet gear will probly let go!! so i was thinking if i weld it, i might still be able to give it some power still...

how easy is it to upgrade to the 7.5inch diff and 2wd shafts afterwoods
