rubbish, its from a supplier who usually fit the pumps/supply overalls for the staff and all they ask for is they purchase the bulk oil from them

mobil one is a SPONSER of merc hence its recomended,,, when for was no longer sponsered by BP for 2 years we had to take out the " ford recomends bp fuel on this car" from the service books,,, when they RE-sponsered ford we had to put them back inside of them, there oil was castrol in the bulk oil pumps as they supplied all the tank and pipes ect, same as when i worked at volvo, that was also castrol in there

as alex mentioned, aslong as its got the correct spec/addatives to it then its MORE than fine,,, as for the " wait for what oil man says",, you dont have to,,,,, hes gonna sellyou silkolene oil with the correct spec with a copy/paste speach about easter based synthetic oils that he posts on EVERY car website,,with the SAME oil recomendations for all vehicles
