qualifing should be based on the resluts of the last race, with the winners getting to eh back of the grid and teh lossers going to the front

still keep fastest qualifiing to give you an extra point, plus fastest lap and another one for most vehicle overtaken wold give an added incentive for the drivers to make a go of it rather than just sit around thinking "this'll do"
