If your house is opposite a school and you are wandering through the living room naked I should think you have a serious issue, if its an upstairs window and not majorly overlooked, ie someone trying to look in, then im sure you are fine.

One of those "grey" areas really, you wont get a definitive answer from anyone on it as it will be down to the magistrates interpretation of your intent etc.
