I dont do ANY exercise at all! NONE! So im hoping, that obviously ifi i start doing some exercise, AND reduce my intake of food a little, the combination of the two will be good!
Eat some high carbs for breakfast chick, something like oats, ultra good! Then have some brown bread sandwiches filled with either tuna or chicken for lunch followed by an apple. Mid afternoon have a banana. Dinner should be at 5-30 to 6..... This should consist of any white or red meat with some veg. Buy some frozen mixed veg from Tesco's. Ultra easy to cook, just boil it up.....done!! If you have the munchies later then have an apple. Saturday, eat whatever you want till 6pm then nothing till Sunday morning. Sunday can be a semi-cheat day, dont go to mad with Mc'd's, Burger King, KFC etc!! Also with your height and weight drink 4 pints of water a day. You need to be getting 45-1hr of cardio in a day.....do you still have a hound? Excellent for you and the hound! My hounds both go on a 45 min fast walk a day, although my German Sheoherd is now just over 10 years old so have to be a bit carefull due to her hips. Oh.....another thing!! Take a good Multi-vit, this is very important! A top one is Berocca, but at nearly £5 for 15 tabs they are expensive......although I can get them loads cheaper!!
