As far as i am aware, since it has been implemented, it has NEVER been used. It is there only as precaustion. Ther have been known cases of things happening over PM that have resulted in criminal proceedings on other forums.

Does this mean PF considers suspected illegal trading on PF as a criminal act in english law...LOL
