To be fair i now try to eat very little in the evening.... and i rarely eat after 4ish anyway!
my main problem is the amount i eat before then!!
I literally, could eat from the minute i wake up to the minute i go to sleep!
I dont do ANY exercise at all! NONE! So im hoping, that obviously ifi i start doing some exercise, AND reduce my intake of food a little, the combination of the two will be good!
