Had a similar thing happen to me in tesco's last year.

I dont normally take the coz to tesco's purely for this reason but I was passing anyway so nipped in.

Really busy in the car park but found a couple of empty spaces. Parked in one and a woman in a big, newish mercedes thingy pulls in next to me. I'm just sitting there taking my stereo face off and sodding about, next thing I know, BANG, the bitch smacked her door into my drivers door. Twice. I wound the window down and shouted at the toffee nosed slut to which she replied 'I wouldnt be too upset, it's only an old car' and walked off !!!!!

After calming down for a few minutes I went in to do my shopping. Came back out and there was a dirty fucking crease in my door!
Somehow a few seconds later one of my feet accidentaly made contact with a fair amount of force with her drivers door. Dont know how that happened, must be my broken left knee giving way yet again!!!
