Basically there isn't any easy way

The pins will either come out straight away or they rust thereselves on and need some heat to move them, you really need to take them to a bodyshop thats done them before.

Oh, and when you order new pins up they are the same as mk4 ones, if you ask for mk3 ones from Ford they won't be able to get them

this place will supply you with new ones, around £12 delivered for a set of 4 and retaining clips
