My mate has just called me. I called her earlier but went to answer machine!
She said to do high rep squats. Whilst doing the sqauts you must keep your abs clenched. I told her what your weight was and how tall, she said do 4 sets of 10 reps. Also do shrugs, 4 sets of 10 again. She said it is a real pain of an area to work but the 2 of the above hits that area, cant work out how shrugs will help but she is better than me on how to get a female bod into great shape..... I can help with diets for women though!
