I blame the majority on the parents too, had the little shit round here constantly ringing my doorbell, his old man just laughed, so I returned the favour, on the hour every hour between 6pm and 4pm when he left for work for a week, he hasn't rang our bell since!!
Recently been told it's my fault his dad crashed his car and wrote it off on the way to work as he was so tired from me bell ringing, but as I said to the plod who don't see what they can do about it, I said it works both ways.
Best bit was his 14 month old car was uninsured and on finance.
