It's behind the dash in the passenger side footwell. If you put your hand up between the transmission tunnel and the dash (i.e. to the left of the ashtray) then you should feel a cluster of about 4 relays.

Access is easiest if you pull the glovebox out, unclip the ECU and unbolt the relay frame (there's 2 11mm nuts from memory). You can then pull the relays down into the footwell.
