they do fold down, but they've got "wings" either side and a piece that runs across the top to hold the rear headrests in. very similar to saff cos ones iirc, and saff ones do fit an orion with abit of bending and hacking. unless you get some retrimmed i dont think theres any that bolt into an s2.
