Can anyone tell me what the status of the parcel means?

Parcel number:xxxxxxxxService:Global PriorityStatus:AdvisedLast tracked at:WDM Online Click on 'Tracking details' for detailed tracking information about the parcel.


once i click on tracking details here is what i get:
