Got to agree with tony, ring them back and ask to speak to the gaffer and explain that you had a bit of sass off someone, Im sure they will sort you out if they are a reputable tuner. Plus if its just a little bit of lip whats the major problem? Youve probably had more lip in this thread than you got off the sales guy
