Default any need for arrogance?

i baught a uprated part from a well recomended tuning speacialist last week and proceeded fitting on sunday which all went well, there were a couple of questions i wanted to ask to make sure i had done everything right in fitting the part as it was an uprated item and there were a couple of different fittings, i rang them this morning for advice! not sure who i spoke to but to say he was arrogant and cocky is an understatement so much for aftersales service. is there any need for that sort of attitude? its the last thing you need to hear and it cant do the companys reputation much good.
