i baught a uprated part from a well recomended tuning speacialist last week and proceeded fitting on sunday which all went well, there were a couple of questions i wanted to ask to make sure i had done everything right in fitting the part as it was an uprated item and there were a couple of different fittings

, i rang them this morning for advice! not sure who i spoke to but to say he was arrogant and cocky is an understatement

so much for aftersales service

. is there any need for that sort of attitude? its the last thing you need to hear and it cant do the companys reputation much good.
