Phil2002- you can't get o-rings the right size, trust me I spent a loooooooong time looking. Well, not an ISO standard size, anyway. If the o-ring is tight in the groove on the injector, or isn't flush against the shaft, then it's not the right fitment.
You will need the valve springs above about 170bhp.. I know a guy who supplies some - pm me if interested.
i had to have the orings ordered they cost me 80p each got them from a hydraulics specialist he measured the injectors and compared orings and recommened them in his proffesional opinion so we'll see how they will get on.
