check that the inner leg on the damper is fully located in the rocker cover recess,if it is,
file some metal off the bottom of the inner leg on the turbo hanger. this will make it pivot on the legs nearest to the turbo,and lift the other end of the damper.
dont file too much,as it may make it a difficult angle to get the bolts in.
also add 1mm washes under the legs nearest the turbo,due to a pivot effect,that will move the hanger end 2mm higher.
sorry if this is confusing but it is a sunday morning.
also note the hanger is a rose type joint,so it is ok to run at a slight angle.
