Hard to say without seeing it mate, it should only be a problem if its stretched the metal and im assuming it may have with the pace of a golf ball hitting it.
Any way you could have a word with the golf course about it or is it just one of those things and expected if you live nearby?
My motors have to sit where the golfers cars sit as i live within the main building of the club fella so it will just have to be expected i spose
