yes they are quickish they do around 18 mpg 14 mpg if your really booting and thats out of 3 different cars tested, i would not say reliable my mate has blown 3 engines but used them hard ,they really don't like to be redlined a lot, most scoobie owners just use the low down torque to get to speed
