recently started noticing smoke from my 88 spec erst, temp sensor has stopped working and there is a whine in fourth gear, these are the latest issues with the car, was just wondering if anyone could advise a company or person in the tyne and wear area able to supply me with a price for a standard engine and maybe gearbox rebuild, mainly engine as the gear box could be done by myself. i am able to take the car where it needs to go but am not optomistic on how long its all going to hold together.
