Its really tough to say!

If he is used to being domesticated, then there is a high chance, he really wont survive being outside.... but if he's wild.... then he wont know any different!

Unfortunately you'llneed to spend a bit of time outside, and see if he is quite happy to come over to you! If you can get quite close to him without him being spooked, then the chances are he is a domesticated parrot!
