If you can entice him towards you, it would be wise to catch him and call your local RSPCA and police station, as he may well be a a very missed pet.

Or, it isnt that uncommon for these parrots to be living in the wild to be honest.

If you can, make sure he has some feed near him, and put down some chopped fruit or veg if you dont mind giving him some.
