i also heard this....not to sure on if its correct or not...

If you have a car parked on the road, but with a car cover on it........the police/Tax people are NOT allowed to move the cover.........so that if it is not taxed then they cant look under the cover to see

Not that it applies to me, but i read something like that .....more than likely on here
