Just a note for those above that don't know/realise.
A email does not in LAW constitute communication, ie asking for evidence by email they can ignore, this is because LEGALLY it has to have a SIGNATURE attached to it, so FAX or LETTER.
A lot of people get caught out with this when asking for evidence, where it's done by email, they don't give you it, only if requested by fax or letter.
